About the Quiz

The TIU WB ACM Students Chapter invites all students to join a thrilling quiz competition testing Computer Science, GK and reasoning.

Duration: 10 minutes

Question Format: 10 questions (5 General Mathematics, 5 Aptitude/Logical Reasoning/GK)

Selection: Top 10 teams out of 20 will qualify for the next level.

Question Format: Core subjects (Hardware, Software, Trends, History of Computing)

Question Levels: Intermediate and Advanced

Question Types: Theoretical questions

Question Format: Error Finding, Array Sorting, Code Completion, Debugging etc.

Question Levels: Intermediate and Advanced

Each question: 10 marks

Correct answer: +10 marks

Incorrect answer: -5 marks

Challenge: +20 marks (if correct), -10 marks (if incorrect)

Maximum 2 challenges per question

Teams must adhere to the time limits for each round.
No extra time will be given under any circumstances.
Teams are not allowed to use any digital devices (Androids, laptops, tablets, etc.) during the competition.
All digital devices must be switched off and kept in bags, which will be placed in a designated area under supervision.
Teams must respect the decisions of the judges.
Challenges can only be made maximum twice per question.
Challenged answer must be different from the previous answer.
Same team can not challenge more than once per question.
